Another Fun Camp Out!
Colt’s school held a fun little fall campout last Friday for the whole school (the whole school consists of kindergarten through 3rd grade this year and is adding a grade each year as it grows). So I packed up our camping gear, fun costumes for the kiddos, a pumpkin to carve, and some food to […]
Gotta love this school!
David and I are always saying how we wish we could have gone to a school like this Colt LOVES his school! Who wouldn’t? They don’t sit behind desks all day. . .they learn through playing and exploring. With a class size of 7 and 2 teachers, it’s just really a blessing from above!

Soccer season!
Colt gets to do soccer lessons on Tuesdays after school. They practice for about 45 minutes, then scrimmage for 45 minutes. He has come a long way from when he first started last year. This year he’s going after the ball and giving it his all. I was amazed at the change from the timid […]

Picnic on the Riverbank
David bought an inflatable boat, and the kids have been waiting to use it. So, we picked them up after school, took a picnic dinner, and paddled down the river a bit. Then we found a good spot to eat and play. It was pretty fun! So thankful for quality family times and living in […]
