Love

My two true loves. . .

I am so thankful for the wonderful husband that the Father brought into my life. I was just thinking last night about how beautiful David’s heart is. I can honestly say that I’ve never heard him talk badly about someone, or down on someone. I can also say that he has never raised his voice at me. He’s such a patient, kind, and loving man! He’s filled with the Spirit, Who enables him. I wish I could say the same wonderful things about myself . . . hopefully he’ll continue to grow me and “rub off on me.” I already do silly joyful things all day because of him. One of which is making up songs and singing about everything when we are with Colt. I wonder if Colt will just start singing instead of talking :-)

Who would have thought that on our second Valentine’s Day together we would have a little bundle of love? Having a child brings love into a whole new light. I Peter 4 :8 “Above all, love one another deeply, since love covers a multitude of sins.”

I Corinthians 13:4-8a “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrong doing, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.”
I John 4:7-8 “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from the Father  and whoever loves has been born of the Father and knows the Father. Anyone who does not love, does not know the Father  because the Father is love.”
Colossians 3:14 “Above all these, put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”
Share Christ’s love with someone today!
