I am just now getting around to posting pics from the “Love Weekend” (couples retreat almost a week ago now). It was a great time. Daddy D and Mama T organized and hosted the whole thing. They did a WONDERFUL job, and you could tell that everyone was enjoying themselves. We had lots of fun (and funny) games, and the speaker was great! He gave us tips on how to get from 0-50 years of marriage which David and I are currently putting to practice 😉

It was good to see family too. Both sets of great grandparents were there, as well as both sets of grandparents, Uncle Melvin and Aunt Sheila, and so was DJ, his wife Julie, and their newest little boy – Connor. He was just 6-7 weeks old. He’s is such a handsome fella!

This picture says a lot more than it portrays. You see, last time Colt met Great Grandma Miles he screamed and cried everytime she tried to hold him (like 4 or 5 times!!) – much to my embarrassment. He obviously did much better this time!
