Well, with the new home comes a new place to play! No, we don’t have a baseball field in our back yard, but we do live right around the corner from an awesome park for the little man! David and I were talking about some of our favorite things about our new (first) place – they included the location and park, as well as the screened in porch and backyard. We love to be outside and so does Colt. We were outside for hours today (since the inside of the house is pretty much upside down with moving and updates that we are doing ourselves). We’ve been to the park every morning while it’s still cool and then play on the porch in the shade in the afternoons. It’s quite lovely

I guess Colt has been watching his Daddy kick the ball, because at the park this morning he started running around kicking the ball instead of throwing it like he normally does. It was quite amusing because he was actually doing a pretty good job staying behind it and with it haha.

Thank the Lord for vacation! We are heading out away from work and this “mess” we’ve created here – though things are coming together and looking great in some rooms! David has been working soo hard. I’m really proud of him and thankful for him! Love you Babe ~
