Being outdoors is good for the soul. When you live in a city of a million people, sometimes you just need to find a place where it’s quiet and you aren’t surrounded by people, cars, and city lights and sounds. Back when it was warmer we went camping with some good friends. We brought food and cooked over the fire. We even cook rice inside bamboo and ate with bamboo chopsticks we made. Being able to see the stars at night was also quite exciting!
