We are entering week 6 of training here at RVA! Wow. . . only about 1 month before we depart for East Asia. By this point we are getting anxious and excited to arrive in country! There is so much to learn and so much work to be done!! While our time here at RVA has been awesome – loving time with new friends, lots of great tools and being well equipped, etc – we have been keeping our personal family time and getting away each week. About 2 weeks ago we went into town where there is this great outdoor mall! There are kids play areas set up all over in the form of little “towns” with country stores and various other little buildings. The kids had fun running around, playing with other kids, and exploring. I enjoyed some Starbucks thanks to my hubs for the sweet treat This same evening, Sixpence None the Richer was also in concert at the mall. That was pretty neat too since they are a ligit band, and we got to see/hear them as we played and walked around. David did a neat job making this video and blending their “actual” music that was in the background and the same song from youtube for the rest of the video. The only part of the video I don’t like is Caden chewing on my flip flop. . . YUCK! That only lasted for a second though. . . don’t worry. He didn’t die from it
