Our first annual Miles Family Vacation at the lake house for 4th of July. Everyone was there from the great grandparents down to the great grandchildren, but we were missing the Darin Miles family out in Texas – I don’t know why they just didn’t drive in. I mean the drive from Texas and being due with Baby #3 on July 16th (TODAY!!) shouldn’t have affected anything right? Everyone had a good time – the kiddos played great together! We did some fishing (as you can see by the 30/40lb catfish at the end of this post), water sports, ate some good food (thanks Mama T!), played games, swam in the lake and only spotted 2 alligators (my favorite part).

On another note, I took Kylie Joy for her 1 month appt. She weighed 9 lbs 10 oz (up from 7 lb 2 oz at birth!) . . . couldn’t believe how much and how quickly she has grown! She is in the 50-70% for everything and the doctor said she is just perfect – thanking the Lord for a healthy little girl.
